Registering an Account * You will choose a decent clean username that you can use in front of a family member. * You will choose a username that is not in anyway similar to the current staff on the forum. They are highly trained robots and consider this a violation and may well zap your butt and fry you. * You will use a proper e-mail address, not a throwaway one. Every now and again the site owner sends out a Forum E-mail, and you wouldn't want to miss those. * If you choose to spam, or use a ridiculous registration name, or are a bot, that's just too bad. The Forum Owner reserves the absolute right to change your name, e-mail, and account in any which way that is befitting, and denying you access in the process. * Account Deletion. Yeah right, in your dreams, don't register if you don't like the rules. Anyone requesting deletion will simply be put in a group that cannot access the forum. After which all posts/pictures will belong solely to TreeTopChat.com and any site affiliated with it. If you do not agree to this please DO NOT CONTINUE with registration. * You are responsible for remembering your password as passwords are not accessible by ANY STAFF MEMBER. So please don't forget it. Writing it on the back of your hand isn't advisable. * One username per member, more than one is just greedy and makes you look schitzophrenic. Forum Behaviour * You are as a member expected to behave in a manner that doesn't warrant the use of moderation, a white jacket or a padded cell. * We may be a site for 18+, however posting links to Porn or other various graphic sexual acts are not permitted. People may have eaten and don't need to see bodily parts waving in their faces. Nudity is allowed, none of us are prudes, but it should be in good taste. Anything found to be distasteful will be deleted. * The messages and posts you may read are not necessarily the views of the Forum Owner, unless she posted them, in which case the woman is always right and don't you forget that. * You are solely responsible for your posts, claiming the penguins did it or some other such get out clause won't wash. * If you believe someone has violated the simple rules of the forum, you can inform a moderator who will inspect your complaint, and if in doubt refer it to the Forum Owner, who may laugh like hell at you or agree and deal with the issue in hand. Please also remember that people have a life and the moment you have a whinge, doesn't mean it will be dealt with there and then. We don't sit at the computer waiting for complaints. * You can post anything apart from the following: false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or United States Federal law. * You also agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright or you have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. Spam, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also forbidden on this forum. * This is a forum for people aged over 18, it may not seem it sometimes, but it is.
